Repair of Steps from Killacourt to Towan Promenade

The works relate to the repair of an existing set of external steps providing access from the Killacourt down to Towan Promenade, Newquay. There are no previous specifications in regards to the steps or how they are constructed. They show visible cracking, chipping, and general deterioration. The approximate dimensions (on site may vary) are 180cm wide and 14cm in height. Depth varies depending on the step and whether it is a landing to another set of steps or not. There are 86 steps in total however there are approximately 20 with obvious defects. The remainder appear in good condition however it will be for the bidder to make their own assessment to verify this.
